AGRICULTURAL PURCHASE
For us, the key and significant partners are the Tanh Linh-Binh Thuan farms.
We understand that the demand from customers both domestically and internationally is substantial and stringent in terms of quality standards, transparent information, and various other criteria.
The standards we must meet and ensure include the production quality following the Viet Gap, Global Gap processes, and some JAS standards for the Japanese market.
This requires close cooperation and mutual support in various activities:
+ Supply of agricultural inputs with origins following the Vietnamese National Standards
+ Instruction and technology transfer in cultivation to increase productivity and efficiency
+ Continuous periodic and random monitoring of quality and production, direct and cross-monitoring to ensure quality and production according to the plan; ensuring compliance with the set standards.
+ Process monitoring and performance evaluation to continuously improve and maintain relationships with supply partners.
+ Adherence to Vietnamese Standards according to TCVN-12850-2019; TCVN-12851-2019; TCVN-12827-2019
+ Management of the procurement process to ensure transparency, quality, and high consensus between parties
+ Emphasis on consensus and legal compliance in the negotiation process and adherence to the signed cooperation contracts in trade
Basic steps in collaboration:
1. Survey the current state of the farm
2. Negotiate and sign contracts regarding the purchase needs of agricultural products and product marketing (if any) according to the process, production standards (Viet Gap, Global Gap, ...)
+ Quantity, quality, price, payment conditions, collection, etc
+ Determine the cultivation area and register the Planting Area Code, related legal procedures
3. Establish a production plan and expected results for the planned yield and quality
4. Cultivation production process:
+ Implementation according to the plan
+ Mandatory steps with cultivation diary and stages, necessary monitored data; support for origin tracing: ensuring transparency and food safety
+ Instruction and technology transfer in cultivation to increase productivity and efficiency (if any)
+ Continuous periodic and random monitoring of quality and production in the production process, direct and cross-monitoring to ensure compliance with the planned quality and production; compliance with set standards
+ Handling unexpected situations or incidents (if any)
5. Harvesting and post-harvest:
+ Harvesting plan
+ Carry out harvesting and evaluate performance and improvements (if any)
+ Enrich/clean, balance soil (outdoor farms, direct soil cultivation), clean up waste, waste materials, etc to prepare for the next season/production plan
