​Traceability is the action of tracking, identifying, and recording information about the origin, history, and transportation process of a product, ensuring the safety, quality, and reliability of the product. Traceability is an effective quality control solution, quickly ensuring the purchase of genuine and safe products.

* Hoang Gia Agri will soon provide Traceability Service for the system of farms in Tanh Linh - Binh Thuan to ensure the delivery of clean Vegetables and Fruits to everyone.

How to trace the origin of the product

​Step 1: Consumers download barcode scanning applications such as Zalo, Viber, or Web App (internet connection required). When tracing the origin of the product, consumers will use these applications to scan the barcode on the label attached to the product. All information related to the product and the manufacturer will be displayed.

Step 2: When purchasing the product, open the traceability application, aim it at the label attached to the product, and trace the origin.

Step 3: After scanning, you will see detailed information verifying the origin traceability of the product, including

+ Product: product name, manufacturing date, expiration date etc

+ Manufacturing company: company name, company address, phone number, contact email etc
